Artwork specification

We have a very experienced artwork department who can replicate your logo or message onto a stress product.

We require the following from you in order to do this:

  • Prefered form of artwork is Vector EPS format
  • All fonts converted to outlines
  • We can accept some PDF's and High Resolution JPG's

A proof will be sent to you after we have recieved your order and we will not proceed with your order until you have signed off the proof. Please be aware any delay in signing and returning the proof may delay your delivery date.

We can supply you a pre-production printed proof at the cost of £20 plus the cost of the print screens. Any changes you make to the artwork after receiving the pre-production sample may incur extra costs.

Printing options

Using the most modern and up to date equipment, we are able to manufacture our prints at a greatly reduced cost, yet still keeping the high quality that all of our customers demand and deserve. We have two methods of manufacturing our transfers: 4 colour process printing and spot printing. Each have their own merits depending on your requirements. Spot printing for large blocks of colour and 4 colour process printing which is ideal for fine intricate designs.

4 Colour Process Printing

The 4 colours used in this method are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. These all combine to produce millions of combinations of colours and are layered onto the transfer paper one at a time. This method allows us to produce intricate and detailed designs and is also ideal for fine text. The number of colours used for both methods is also limitless.

Spot Printing

If your print is less intricate and requires large blocks of colour, then this method would be used. We mix the colour beforehand instead of the process method, this makes it easier to get a greater match to your chosen colour and is more useful for difficult colours such as gold and silver.

Colours

Here at Urofoam our colours are almost limitless. We can Pantone match the colour of your stress balls and the colour of your prints. Contact us for more information.

White products. If you choose white as your preferred choice of colour for your item you should be aware of two things.

1: That after some handling the item is bound to go grubby after being used, dropped on the floor and used to play keepy-uppy in the office!

2: During our manufacturing process we add a UV stabilizer to our mixture. When Ultra Violet light hits a stress ball over a long period of time this can discolour it by adding a yellow tinge. This is mainly noticeable in white products. We prolong this process by adding the stabilizer and packaging the white products into black lined boxes and we always advise customers not to remove them from the box until they are ready to be used.
