Delivery
Our products are all manufactured here in the UK in the beautiful South Lake District. This means our delivery times can be as short as a week! Everything we make is made to order so we tend not to carry a lot of stock (see our budget catalogue for stock items at rock bottom prices) But dont let that put you off because more often than not we can still get them to you quicker than the far eastern products.
Lead Times
Our normal lead time is 2-3 weeks on standard items and 4-5 weeks on special shapes (depending on the complexity) however we can often get your order out much quicker so contact us with your delivery date and we'll try and make it happen!
Carriage
We send out our goods via courier on a next day service to all UK mainland addresses. All overseas deliveries need to be quoted based on knowing the quantity and zip codes of the destination. We can generally quote you within an hour of your call.
Samples
We believe that once you and your client feel and compare our slow release stress balls to the far eastern products that you'll be convinced our product is the most effective marketing aid to choose therefore we are happy to send out samples free of charge to prove this point. We send them out free of charge to UK customers via Royal Mail Standard Delivery and we may charge charge a small carriage fee outside the UK.
